All Squiggle and Bean items are handmade and made to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made items.

 

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing details and photos of the fault. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
